- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ By andrea meneghini31/07/2017Celisus quoted me for replacing my boiler, for a boiler I could buy myself for less then £ 1100 (including controls, flue etc - https://www.plumbnation.co.uk/site/ideal-logic--30kw-combination-boiler-natural-gas-erp/#product-accessories). The quote received was £ £2472. Labour accounted for £ 780 for something that could not take more than a half day work. When asked for a full breakdown, they refused to provide it. I also wondered why the parts were £ 600 more than anyone could buy online, which makes it a 55% surcharge. I do not know what the quality of the work would have been, but certainly the way the conducted it this is despicable. Anyone who cannot provide a breakdown of their costs is not honest, and for this reason I recommend to avoid them. Please note that this despicable people told me that if I leave this negative review they will do the same for my business, even if they have no experience of it and it has nothing to do with this. SHAME ON THEM.
