Could go on always lovely friendly staff who always helped me and my daighter( who loves top shop) well I have to say it's absolutely terrible! Can't find staff and when you do it's kids who haven't got a clue!! Outfit sort it out! Shocking staff not helpful at all. And trying to get a refund is something else!! Almost feel like your bringing stolen goods back! Not a smile on any staffs faces, be heading to princess street from now on.
